About the role
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate the value of the Resilience solution to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and specialized centers
- Develop a portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying specific needs within each establishment
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature, collaborating with SDR teams to convert marketing leads
- Work closely with other medical partnership teams (oncology, immunology, mental health) to share best practices and market synergies
- Maintain rigorous follow-up of commercial opportunities and keep the CRM updated
- Represent Resilience at professional events, congresses, and trade shows to strengthen brand awareness
Requirements
- Solid sales and negotiation skills within the healthcare sector
- Proven experience selling similar solutions in Oncology (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of oncology care pathways
- Ability to present technical and scientific solutions clearly and convincingly
- Strong client orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
- Competitive, organized, and autonomous mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Near-bilingual language proficiency
