Responsibilities

• Respond to patient enquiries via Zendesk in Japanese and English
• Provide ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects or symptoms, including virtual calls regarding medication and dosage
• Triage medical issues using a robust clinical framework and global clinical team
• Act as the point of contact for the network of Eucalyptus partnered doctors
• Collaborate with health coaches, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to provide holistic care
• Support and train non-clinical patient-facing teams

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist in Japan
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-registration
• Native-level Japanese language skills
• Business-level English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth or specialized medicine (obesity management, diabetes, GLP-1)
• Experience in clinical triaging (e.g., ICU, emergency department)
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Zendesk, LINE, or Facebook
