Medical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations across the site and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Manage workforce operations including scheduling, timekeeping, travel coordination, and onboarding
• Collaborate with program leadership to track priorities and resolve operational challenges
• Coordinate training initiatives and operational practices to support workforce readiness
• Promote adherence to established SOPs, operational policies, and compliance requirements
• Prepare operational reports and maintain program documentation for audit readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, leadership, or related field
• 3–5 years of leadership or healthcare operations experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
• Ability to relocate to Iraq for the duration of the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare services within military, government, or international environments
• Experience serving as a liaison between healthcare teams and external stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare or operational support teams
