Medical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, execution, and implementation of technology solutions and project management for Global Scientific Communications in India.
• Supervise medical content operations, including monitoring creation, review, approval, and publication processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate project management activities such as planning, change management, deployment, and training.
• Serve as the business authority and point of contact for technology and process-related issues.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) for new technology builds and enhancements.
• Collaborate with analytics leads to implement key performance indicators, impact metrics, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and improve business processes through innovation and automation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a Science field.
• 8-13 years of directly related industry experience.
• Proven experience in project management (PMP or DASM certification preferred).
• Experience working within a heavily regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, computer science, or business administration.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, Veeva Vault, or similar technology platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, custom GPTs).
• Experience leading systems or analytics projects within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry guidelines, including good publication practice and regulatory compliance.
