Requirements
MD or DO degree, Residency in Internal Medicine, Fellowship in Medical Oncology, Board certification in Medical Oncology, 3-5 years clinical experience, Valid medical license, English fluency
About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments to diagnose cancer and determine staging
- Develop and administer individualized treatment plans utilizing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
- Monitor patient response and manage treatment-related side effects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, and support staff
- Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care
- Participate in clinical trials and contribute to oncology research
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical documentation
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Medical Oncology
- Board certification in Medical Oncology
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology practice
- Valid medical license
- Fluency in English
