About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate medical communication strategies into omnichannel journeys for healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists) across digital, field, and congress channels.
  • Produce end-to-end medical content for HCPs, including managing external agencies regarding briefing, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, aligned with medical strategy, and undergoes appropriate approval processes.
  • Orchestrate the activation of HCP journeys in collaboration with cross-functional medical and marketing teams.
  • Roll out "ready-to-adapt" content for local in-country medical teams to implement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to content execution, engagement rates, and impact on clinical practice.
  • Analyze data on HCP content preferences to continuously optimize omnichannel strategies.

Requirements

  • Scientific background such as Pharmacist, M.D., PhD, or Engineer.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical affairs or marketing.
  • Proven experience in designing content strategies specifically for healthcare professionals.
  • Deep knowledge of the information environments, services, and preferences of doctors and pharmacists.
  • Strong ability to formulate powerful messages and synthesize complex scientific knowledge.
  • Experience managing content creation agencies and cross-functional projects.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
