Medical Multi Drop Van Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect pharmaceutical consignments to GP surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers, and home delivery patients
• Manage the scanning of packages and pallets and ensure safe, secure loading of all consignments
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and monitor refrigeration unit temperature controls
• Complete all required paperwork, including EPOD/APOD, driver manifests, and refusal documentation
• Communicate operational delays, delivery failures, or patient concerns to the appropriate teams
• Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle and ensure correct PPE is worn at all times

Requirements

• Minimum Category B driving licence (ideally with no more than 3 points)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, including motorway driving
• Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries with customer contact
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and build effective working relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and initiative-taking skills
• Successful candidates must pass an enhanced DBS check and 3-year referencing checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home, hospital, or temperature-controlled delivery environments
