Medical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of innovative medical strategies and tactical plans for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Provide medical leadership to support clinical development, product launches, and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academia, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality scientific communication and respond to medical information requests.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to provide strategic medical input and impactful product training.
• Integrate digital technologies and omnichannel engagement strategies into medical affairs activities.
• Ensure all medical activities comply with high standards of scientific integrity, regulatory requirements, and ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Medical degree or Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy, pharmacology, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in new product launches (pre-launch and/or post-launch).
• Expertise in KOL engagement and medical education strategy development.
• Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong healthcare system, clinical practice guidelines, and the local regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into medical strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the diabetes therapeutic area.
• Experience with clinical trial management and real-world evidence generation.
• Understanding of market access and health technology assessment processes in Hong Kong.
