Medical Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategic plans for the Legacy portfolio across Mexico, COPAC, and Cono Sur
• Provide scientific leadership and medical oversight for established therapeutic products
• Deliver high-quality scientific support to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Oversee medical information activities, clinical data management, and scientific evidence generation
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in all medical communications and materials
• Support regulatory processes and maintain scientific documentation standards across multiple markets
• Monitor market dynamics, competition, and therapeutic trends to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with progressive Medical Affairs responsibilities
• Proven experience in medical leadership roles with regional or multi-country scope
• Medical degree (MD), PhD, or PharmD
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Experience working with mature or Legacy product portfolios is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of LATAM regulatory environments and healthcare systems
