Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, abuse, and wrongful death matters from pre-suit investigation through trial
• Build compelling cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motion practice
• Leverage technology to manage cases through their entire lifecycle
• Guide clients and families through difficult moments with compassion and clarity
• Collaborate with leading medical experts and consultants
• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials
• Develop case strategies to maximize outcomes and accountability

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience in medical negligence, catastrophic injury, or nursing home matters
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage a significant caseload
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities
