Medical Malpractice Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through initial case investigation
• Lead the initial investigative case workup, gathering detailed medical histories and documentation to support potential malpractice claims
• Maintain accurate, well-organized case files and leverage the case management system to track and document progress
• Collaborate closely with operations, attorneys, and support staff to advance cases and ensure seamless internal handoffs
• Coordinate with third-party stakeholders including medical providers, insurance carriers, and other relevant parties
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support broader team goals

Requirements

• Highly organized with the ability to manage a varied and active caseload without dropping details
• Client-focused, approaching every interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Prior experience in medical malpractice plaintiff law or the medical field preferred
• Strong communicator comfortable navigating conversations with clients, attorneys, and medical professionals
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working within case management systems and digital tools
• Spanish speaking abilities
