Medical Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of material and logistics operations within the program
• Maintain accountability of materials in the warehouse and medical location stock rooms
• Manage stock levels and order general supply consumables through appropriate systems
• Lead and train logistics support staff for deployments and process changes
• Monitor and maintain a tracking system for requisition orders from identification to receipt
• Provide supply chain management expertise and logistics policy advice to management
• Maintain visibility of acquisitions across multiple contracts and countries
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to expedite acquisitions
• Coordinate daily with requestors, cataloguing, purchasing, and supply chain groups

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing
• High school degree or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's in related field preferred)
• Basic Life Support certification
• Current and valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Ability to respond to disaster within 24 hours and establish care within 72 hours
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in austere environments and lift up to 50 lbs
