Medical Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and devices
• Direct receiving and shipping processes for all medical supplies
• Ensure medical supplies and equipment comply with quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
• Monitor expiration dates and lot numbers to prevent wastage
• Manage maintenance and servicing of medical equipment
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Coordinate daily operations with purchasing and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school degree or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work in stressful or austere environments
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or logistics management
• Proficiency in Spanish
