Medical Lead - Respiratory & Immunology

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and clinical expertise in priority therapeutic areas to build scientific leadership.
• Contribute medical and clinical expertise to the design of Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Brand Strategy.
• Lead the implementation of Medical Plans and activities in alignment with overall Brand strategy.
• Engage Key External Experts (KEEs) through scientific exchange meetings, advisory boards, and ESRs.
• Act as a Nominated Signatory medical reviewer for promotional materials and various medical activities.
• Assume direct line management responsibilities for Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs) and Medical Advisors (MAs) within the therapeutic area.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or MD).
• 6-8 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Strong medical or scientific knowledge in respiratory or immunology.
• Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in a scientific discipline.
