Medical Lead of the Central Emergency Department

Responsibilities

• Initial care of emergency patients in specialties including Orthopedics, Trauma Surgery, General and Visceral Surgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and Gynecology
• Independent development of workflows and processes in the Emergency Department (ZNA)
• Organizational management and decision-making authority
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and proactive communication with other departments, nursing staff, and management

Requirements

• Specialist physician (Facharzt) in Internal Medicine or General Medicine
• Additional qualification in Emergency Medicine is preferred (training support available)
• Structured way of working and assertiveness
• Openness to new ideas and innovative approaches
