About the role
Responsibilities
- Initial care of emergency patients in specialties including Orthopedics, Trauma Surgery, General and Visceral Surgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and Gynecology
- Independent development of workflows and processes in the Emergency Department (ZNA)
- Organizational management and decision-making authority
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and proactive communication with other departments, nursing staff, and management
Requirements
- Specialist physician (Facharzt) in Internal Medicine or General Medicine
- Additional qualification in Emergency Medicine is preferred (training support available)
- Structured way of working and assertiveness
- Openness to new ideas and innovative approaches
