Medical Laboratory Technologist Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing across hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and blood bank services
• Collect, prepare, and process biological specimens while ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Support daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and workflow coordination
• Collaborate with physicians, pathologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support clinical decision-making
• Maintain laboratory safety standards and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• MLS (ASCP) certification or eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• 5+ years of recent Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician experience
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous laboratory leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience working in multidisciplinary or high-acuity clinical environments
