Medical Laboratory Technician (MTL) with Practical Instructor Qualification

Responsibilities

• Guide trainees in practical and job-specific activities and support their learning process during practical training
• Independently perform all procedures in clinical chemistry, immunology, hemostasiology, and hematology
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Prepare and record samples
• Use modern laboratory IT systems

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MTL)
• Further training as a practical instructor (Praxisanleiter)
• Willingness to participate in night and weekend shifts
