Responsibilities

• Utilize efficient communication techniques, including academic presentations, Q&A sessions, and effective closing strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the oncology sector and communicate product knowledge to physicians and colleagues.
• Organize and conduct academic meetings and events under strict compliance guidelines.
• Adjust promotion strategies based on market data to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop academic promotional materials covering anatomy, physiology, disease knowledge, and treatment protocols.
• Ensure all daily activities strictly follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical information promotion.
• Proficiency in data processing, software operations, and application usage.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Sharp insight and strong business decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher.
• Proven experience in customer management.
