About the role

Responsibilities

  • Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and consumers
  • Identify and intake adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions
  • Translate English documents into target languages and deliver responses by phone or in writing
  • Disseminate drug information verbally and through written correspondence
  • Evaluate medical literature to develop responses for healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate quality-related complaint processes with QA and Regulatory Affairs
  • Support miscellaneous projects including market research, system development, and sales training
  • Handle on-call responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Life sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent
  • Mother tongue fluency in English required
  • Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong translation skills
  • Ability to work US hours (2pm–2am CET) on 9-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
  • Home office based in Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, or UK with legal eligibility to work

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSc or BSc in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Anatomy & Physiology, or related field
  • Call center, medical information, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical experience
  • Medical writing experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows applications
  • Experience with Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases
