About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients
- Identify and intake adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with SOPs
- Translate English documents into target languages and vice-versa for written or verbal responses
- Utilize medical writing skills to develop adverse event narratives and custom inquiry responses
- Critically evaluate medical literature to research and develop information for dissemination
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs regarding quality-related complaints
- Support miscellaneous projects including market research and sales training
Requirements
- Life Sciences or healthcare degree (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English fluency (mother tongue level)
- Strong translation skills
- Ability to work US hours (9-hour shifts between 2pm and 2am CET, Monday-Friday)
- Legal eligibility to work in the EU, UK, or specified Third Countries
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Science (MSc) in Life Sciences or healthcare (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences)
- Experience in Medical Information, Call Centers, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Medical Information Management Systems or Safety Databases
- Experience in medical writing
