Medical Information Communication Specialist - Anti-Infective

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers regarding product information within company policies and procedures.
• Conduct effective customer visits to build strong professional partnerships and achieve business objectives.
• Plan and organize various academic meetings and promotional activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report market and customer feedback through compliant company channels.
• Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and cross-functional business partners to identify collaboration opportunities.
• Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through coaching and learning opportunities.
• Execute new company initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of self-motivation, ability to handle pressure, and strong learning agility.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
