About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of assigned clients, including implementation, ongoing management, and regular touchpoints
- Act as a liaison with client stakeholders to manage services provided by the Medical Information Contact Center
- Mentor junior staff and provide ongoing training to ensure proficiency
- Triage and respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with FDA regulations
- Develop medical writing content such as FAQs and Scientific Response Documents
- Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with client performance requirements and KPIs
Requirements
- Pharm.D. degree
- 1-2 years of Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced healthcare degree (PharmD or higher)
- 2-5 years of Medical Information or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in a Contact Center environment
- Proficiency in telephony, Medical Information databases, and Microsoft Office
- Expertise in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology
- Strong project management and medical literature evaluation skills
