Medical Imaging Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on multi-modality AX/XP Imaging Equipment.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide adequate training to operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within the territory, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
• Manage company assets such as a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain professional business relationships with customers and peers.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and standing.
• Proficiency in network applications and MS Office.
