About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy to support center operations
  • Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring a safe environment
  • Record donor vital signs and finger stick results
  • Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
