Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collect patient information and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support operational needs
• Handle various administrative tasks as assigned
• Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational compliance
• Assist with facility-related expenses to ensure budget adherence

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience scheduling patient appointments and handling phone calls
• Prior experience within a healthcare environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in medical office administration
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
