Medical Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain Vantive medical products in accordance with acquired certifications
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customers, including doctors and nurses
• Ensure all service activities comply with Quality systems, GDP, GMP, and EHS rules
• Report all relevant service activities accurately within the ERP service systems
• Identify and report new business opportunities to the sales team
• Handle customer complaints and stressful situations with professionalism
• Provide occasional phone assistance to patients or customers and participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree in medical instruments, electro-mechanics, or an equivalent field
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical competence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to travel within Belgium and the Netherlands as required
• Experience in a field service or technical support role is an advantage
