Medical Education Help Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and technical support for the Postgraduate Web Evaluation and Registration (POWER) system
• Respond to end-user service requests and resolve or escalate technical issues in a timely manner
• Serve as a technical resource for hardware and software related issues
• Train end-users on IT systems and procedures through both group and individual sessions
• Draft and edit training content and supporting documentation
• Manage data and generate reports related to system usage

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service troubleshooting and managing service requests
• Demonstrated experience working with and supporting registration and evaluation systems
• Experience developing and delivering both in-person and web-based training
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comparable technical systems
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and data management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically with the POWER system
• Previous experience in a medical education or similar academic environment
• Exposure to professional help desk software
