About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to end-user service requests in a timely manner and resolve or escalate issues as required
  • Provide detailed explanations of computing procedures to the postgraduate medical education community
  • Serve as a technical resource for hardware and software related issues
  • Train end-users on IT systems and procedures through both group and individual settings
  • Draft and edit training content and supporting documentation
  • Support and troubleshoot primary online systems including Elentra and POWER

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer service troubleshooting and request management
  • Demonstrated experience working with and supporting registration and evaluation systems
  • Experience developing and delivering both in-person and web-based training
  • Experience managing data and generating reports
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and comparable registration/evaluation systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working specifically with the POWER system
  • Exposure to help desk software
  • Experience working within a medical education or similar academic environment
