About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Medical Education team in planning and executing logistics for internal and external educational activities
- Act as a liaison between corporate, field-based sales, marketing, and surgeon customers
- Process training requisitions and manage online registration forms
- Coordinate travel logistics including air, ground, and lodging per corporate policy
- Draft event agendas and manage participant calendars
- Coordinate lab logistics and notify relevant personnel
- Execute on-site event logistics such as catering, signage, and personalized items
- Facilitate event flow from guest arrival through departure
- Assist with vendor sourcing, expense reporting, and program analytics
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Experience in event planning or a similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to travel occasionally to company-sponsored events
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends
