Responsibilities

• Copy editing, proofreading, and formatting scientific content including slide decks, manuscripts, and scientific communications
• Preparing documents within budgeted timelines according to industry, company, and client style guides
• Assisting teams with preparing journal and congress submissions
• Collaborating with global teams to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical, scientific, regulatory, or pharmacovigilance editing role
• Ability to review, comprehend, and revise complex medical and scientific materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong project prioritization and workload management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience incorporating AI solutions into editorial workflows
• Experience in a medical communications agency or contract research organization
