Medical Director/Attending Physician

Responsibilities

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and oversee clinical supervision
• Provide patient-centered primary care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and quality initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO with active U.S. medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty
• Eligible specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, and Geriatric Medicine
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply
