Responsibilities

• Lead medical operations at Mountain View Veterinary Clinic
• Provide comprehensive care for small and exotic animals
• Practice exceptional medicine and surgery with medical autonomy
• Foster long-term client relationships through a compassionate approach
• Collaborate with skilled technicians and CSRs to support clinic excellence

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to animal care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence

• Base salary of $125k-$150k+ plus quarterly production bonuses
