About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate medical omnichannel needs into a digital roadmap and deliver projects in cooperation with digital agencies and IT departments
- Lead the localization of digital projects in new countries and territories in collaboration with local teams
- Ensure the activation of corporate content across digital channels and share best practices with local medical teams
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of journey activation regarding engagement and reach to propose improvements
- Maintain existing digital tools to guarantee efficient use within omnichannel strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as CRM projects and universal consent
- Monitor and evaluate innovative digital solutions to enrich the omnichannel experience for healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in digital, e-health, or business
- Proven experience in medical and/or digital omnichannel marketing within the pharmaceutical industry or a specialized agency
- Strong technical knowledge of AI, data analysis, and the HCP engagement ecosystem (CRM, DAM, Google Analytics)
- Proficiency in ad platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal or Ibexa
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO
- Analytical proficiency with tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Fluent English communication skills
