Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales including prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing
• Educate physicians, therapists, and clinicians on the Flexitouch System and other products
• Provide in-home product demonstrations and support for patients
• Assist the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies to surpass goals
• Provide customer support regarding disease state, treatment protocols, and reimbursement
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent combined education and experience
• 1+ years of outside or inside sales experience, OR
• 2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience, OR
• 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support experience
• Ability to travel and drive within the territory
• Ability to lift 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations
• Clinical experience working with lymphedema patients (e.g., Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA)
• Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical customers and clinicians
