Medical Device Consultant/Field Specialist (m/w/d) Surgical Workplaces

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new hospital customers in the Hessen region
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for Surgical Workplaces products
• Support tenders and consult with planners on medical technology projects
• Collaborate closely with Surgical Workplaces and Service teams
• Manage and expand the existing customer base within the assigned territory
• Execute sales-related activities including quote preparation, follow-ups, and reporting
• Implement individual sales strategies tailored to specific market conditions

Requirements

• Degree in healthcare, medical technology, or completed commercial/technical training with relevant experience
• Experience in medical technology sales, specifically within OR or intensive care environments
• Proven experience interacting with hospital stakeholders (procurement, users, management)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German and good proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel approximately 80%
