Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on data privacy, security, telemedicine, mobile health, and AI
- Assess and monitor compliance with digital health regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure legal adherence
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and licenses for digital health products
- Ensure all contracts protect client interests and comply with applicable laws
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience

- Expertise in data protection, cybersecurity, and telecommunication laws
