About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the provincial account strategy for British Columbia, aligning plans with customer priorities and public-sector buying cycles.
- Lead senior customer engagement by building trusted relationships with ministry, health authority, executive, and procurement stakeholders.
- Drive commercial strategy by leading contracts, renewals, and negotiations for integrated solutions including equipment, software, and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Government Relations and internal teams to ensure effective communication and account performance.
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team, including account managers and specialists, on procurement and deal execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in complex healthcare sales, strategic account leadership, or enterprise solution selling.
- Proven success working within public-sector healthcare systems and managing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
- Strong commercial, business, and financial acumen with experience in long-cycle deal execution and contract management.
- Experience supporting digital health, informatics, or complex healthcare modernization initiatives.
- Ability to influence executive, clinical, and financial stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working within British Columbia’s health systems.
- Experience with capital planning, redevelopment, or major infrastructure-related healthcare opportunities.

- Competitive base salary ($84,000 to $132,000) plus company/fleet car and sales commission.
