Medical Data Review Manager-Rheumatologist

Responsibilities

• Provide expert project management and medical advisory services to ensure end-to-end study data quality and integrity.
• Conduct in-stream data trend analysis to support protocol compliance and targeted patient data review.
• Define data capture requirements in alignment with study protocols and reporting needs.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide therapeutic area training for project clinical teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and participate in kick-off, weekly team, and client meetings.
• Identify root causes of compliance issues and implement effective remedial actions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve task efficiency and the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• Medic with a 5-year college degree or MD.
• Board certified Rheumatologist (Required).
• Strong understanding of clinical and medical data.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a matrix team environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
