About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring the safety of donors and the team
- Screen new and repeat donors by recording vital signs and finger stick results
- Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and manage donor documentation
- Support plasma center operations through phlebotomy and donor screening
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within the center
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, or crouch for the entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is preferred
