Medical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Support clinic operations through patient scheduling, registration, and flow management
• Provide hands-on clinical assistance, including preparing exam rooms and rooming patients
• Obtain vital signs and review/update patient allergies, pharmacy, and medication lists
• Facilitate clear communication between patients, providers, and the clinical team
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control
• Advocate for patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the care journey

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a patient-facing role
• Ability to perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work onsite in Basking Ridge, NJ, on a 10-hour shift schedule (4 days/week)
• Flexibility to work varying hours between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm
