About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to participants living with serious mental illness or complex medical needs
- Oversee medication administration while on shift
- Complete accurate medical documentation
- Manage external provider visits and programmatic medical supplies
- Coordinate with the Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical services in the house and community
Requirements
- High School diploma or better
- Medication Administration certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Services or a related field
- At least two years of medication training and certification
- Experience passing medications in a residential or healthcare setting
