Medical Coordinator II - Med Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to participants living with serious mental illness or complex medical needs
• Oversee medication administration while on shift
• Complete accurate medical documentation
• Manage external provider visits and programmatic medical supplies
• Coordinate with the Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive medical services in the house and community

Requirements

• High School diploma or better
• Medication Administration certification
• Valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Services or a related field
• At least two years of medication training and certification
• Experience passing medications in a residential or healthcare setting
