About the Company

Avelios aims to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care through a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes hospital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage key stakeholders across customers, Project teams, and Product teams during the configuration phase
• Lead clinical process and requirements workshops with hospital stakeholders, including software demos
• Represent and apply Avelios best-practice standards across existing modules
• Align clinical target processes with customers and define go-live and rollout scopes
• Identify needs for product adjustments and coordinate with the Product team for scalable improvements

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in hospitals (physicians, nursing, functional departments, or controlling) or extensive consulting experience in hospital transformation/IT projects
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and ability to analyze complex clinical requirements
• Excellent communication and workshop moderation skills
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital digitalization projects
• Experience working with hospital information systems (KIS)
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into structured artifacts like workflows and use cases
