Medical Commercial Representative (MCR)

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies and develop personal performance plans to meet or exceed targets
• Manage daily client visits and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with target customers
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and identify new client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely reports to regional managers
• Accurately deliver product information and execute company marketing activities
• Collect and report adverse reaction information from patients to relevant departments
• Assist regional managers with training new representatives and conducting product knowledge sessions
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Marketing
• 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing
• Proficiency in office software and computer applications
• Strong English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• RDPAC certification and successful completion of company high-level representative certification
• Excellent communication, coordination, and verbal expression skills
