Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative admissions for patients
• Ensure seamless documentation
• Coordinate department-specific tasks
• Handle and coordinate incoming calls
• Ensure timely internal transfers
• Triage patients
• Support registered nurses in patient care

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Nursing Assistant
• Ideally initial professional experience in an Emergency Department or specialized training in emergency nursing
• Professional and social competence
• Commitment, flexibility, and organizational skills
