We use cutting-edge modalities, such as ketamine infusions, intranasal esketamine (Spravato), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) to help our patients achieve lasting relief.

Responsibilities

• Taking medical/psychiatric history
• Answering patient questions
• Operating TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) device for depression/OCD treatments
• Checking vital signs
• Assisting the providers with ketamine therapy appointments
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Answering phones and managing patient communications
• Instructing patients about medication and treatment plans
• Transmitting prescription refills as directed
• Managing insurance prior authorizations

Requirements

• Current MA, CPR & BLS Certification required
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and navigate facility departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TMS
• Proven working experience as a medical assistant
• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
