Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Document patient admissions and create files
• Issue various forms and certificates such as transport vouchers, prescriptions, and sick notes
• Order internal and external patient transport
• Check and envelope medical letters
• Scan and fax documents (e.g., anesthesia and surgery consents)
• Schedule patient appointments for consultations
• Manage interface communication with internal stations, GPs, and nursing homes
• Handle telephone calls and direct inquiries
• Perform errands within the hospital
• Support nursing staff with various tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Team player with high motivation and passion
