Responsibilities

• Perform patient rooming and clinical support
• Handle administrative support, paperwork, and forms
• Manage follow-up and care coordination
• Support clinic flow and team-based operations
• Maintain proficiency with medical equipment and report issues
• Follow universal precautions and safely dispose of medical waste
• Perform responsibilities within the MA scope of practice

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant healthcare experience, or a Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in phlebotomy (required)
• Solid knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule from clinic opening until the last patient departs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pregnancy or maternity care
• Spanish language proficiency
