Responsibilities

• Welcome, assist, and guide members throughout their clinic visit
• Perform accurate clinical assessments including vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy
• Maintain exam rooms and uphold infection-control standards
• Document assessments accurately and update member records with precision
• Work closely with clinical staff to refine workflows and support clinic operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient-facing role
• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience
• EKG experience
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
• Phlebotomy certification
