Responsibilities

• Manage appointments using electronic planners like Doctolib and Outlook
• Handle telephone inquiries, patient administration, and billing

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Reliable and committed work ethic
• Ability to work independently within a team
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
