Medical Assistant (MFA)

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative admission of all emergency patients in the Hospital Information System (KIS)
• Provide active patient care and assistance as part of the clinical workflow
• Organize and manage the administrative admission work area
• Manage patient contracts, including treatment and elective service contracts
• Collaborate closely with internal and external interfaces such as emergency services, police, GPs, and laboratories
• Ensure quality within an interprofessional team

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Ideally previous experience in an emergency department
• Proficient IT skills
• Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
